  This beautiful and unique Classic Boning Knife is forged with a hammer and measured in Damascus. It consists of a forged stainless steel core. This gap is thermally treated with a hardness of 60 HRC. A combination of Damask steel for excellent cutting performance and excellent edge retention. could also cut fishnets or red meat and could perform the tasks used by many western boning knives.
