This bread knife is perfect for slicing bread, pastries, cakes and large crunchy fruits. The durable cutting core is graded between 67 layers of softer steel, each laminated with a damask pattern. The cores produce sharpness and significantly better edges than ordinary knives. The blade is hardened through a process that gives it optimal outfit, flexibility and high resistance to corrosion. It has a pretty western style in black resin. Each side is corrected at an angle of Japanese leaf, giving a cutter's edge resembling a scalpel.
