      For our new Santoku range, we have worked in close collaboration with renowned blacksmiths to create forged knives with hammers. Using the material, a proven steel for exceptional cutting performance with better cutting edge and good rust resistance. The result is that this Damask blade is inherited from other classic steels in terms of retention. The dark gray blade elegantly combines with the beautiful natural wooden texture of the ergonomic ebony handle.
