• Description of the knife sharpener

  The kit includes a double-sided diamond, a rude sharpening stone, another fine sharpening stone, and a handy sharpening base. Use Rough Stones if your knives or tools are swarming. The large grain is a 360 diamond grit (45 microns).
  Additional fine stones are used to refine the cutting edge. This stone is used after the rough stone unless you already have lively edges. The fine particle size is 600 diamonds (25 microns). It is ideal for finishing and polishing the blade.
  The clip holds the stone securely in the support. Changing grains is very easy. Large stones are perfect for a variety of knives and tools.
